  • 購置設(shè)備的客戶在保修期內(nèi)（不含人為損壞和易損件）自接到報修電話起：小問題2小時內(nèi)告知客戶解決辦法，如客戶確實無法排除故障，則我公司維修人員200公里內(nèi)24小時趕至現(xiàn)場，200公里外48小時（不含路途時間）趕至現(xiàn)場－直至問題解決。
